SEND Teaching Assistant (Full -time, Temporary)
Sunderland
£415 - £435 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)
December 2024 – July 2025
The School and Role
We are looking for a passionate SEND TA to work on a full-time basis at a school in Sunderland. This role will be working within the school’s SEN room with around 10/12 children with complex needs including some non-verbal children so previous SEN experience is essential. You will be working alongside two other members of staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment for the children to thrive and develop their skills.
Requirements
The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
