Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 Depending experience on experience plus up 10% bonus.

What you’ll be doing

* You will document processes and guidelines to ensure quality, compliance, efficiency, productivity, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

* You will create content tailored to the needs of Claims staff, simplifying complex language and processes for better understanding.

* You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer-facing documents, such as letters and guidance notes.

* The role includes overall accountability for ensuring that staff processes and guidelines are clearly and consistently documented and communicated.

* You will promote a consistent communication approach within Claims, while joining forces with other business areas to maintain this consistency and share best practices.

* Strong organisational skills are crucial for this role, along with keen attention to detail and the ability to lead by example.

The ideal candidate will have

* Experience writing content for diverse audiences across various channels, including online platforms, printed publications, and letters.

* The ability to work in partnership effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.

* Exceptional written communication skills.

* Outstanding attention to detail and a strong dedication to quality.

* Keen awareness of customer service.

* Continuous drive to deliver clear communication and implement improvements, enhancing staff knowledge and engagement.

Education and Qualifications

A-level English (or equivalent)
