Are you an experienced Fund Governance professional looking for a challenging role in a large, complex organisation? We are seeking a Fund Governance Manager to join our team in Wiltshire, playing a key role in ensuring effective governance and compliance within our organisation.

About the Role

As a Fund Governance Manager, you will:

* Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure team-wide success.

* Monitor the quality and quantity of work within the team, ensuring high standards are met.

* Lead on complex projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

* Stay up to date with policy, legislation, and emerging developments in fund governance.

* Use your strong negotiation and influencing skills to engage with key stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/skills.

* Relevant professional qualifications/licences.

* Substantial experience as an expert in a large, complex organisation.

* Extensive knowledge of local government operations and external sector influences.

* Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft applications and specialist systems.

* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
