Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a Project Manager in the SPN Investment Delivery team? If you have experience managing construction or engineering projects of values in the region of £10m plus, a degree in a construction or engineering related subject or equivalent experience, and excellent understanding of construction management best practice, then you might be the perfect candidate for this position.

As a Project Manager, you will report to the Programme Manager and work within Invest Delivery - Capital Programme based in our Crawley office. You will be a permanent employee with a salary of £76,229 + car/allowance and a bonus of 3%. Your main responsibilities will include delivering projects or a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring construction assurance, producing delivery plans, managing commercial arrangements with contractors, providing monthly reports, managing the portfolio of projects delivery risks, contributing to the regulatory reporting requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of customer service and safety.

You will also develop the project execution plan, present project governance approval papers, and undertake a formal qualification in Project Management.
