Temporary Ongoing Contract

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our client, a manufacturing organisation based in West Lothian. We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a fully site based role working Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm.

Responsibilities Include

Use of ERP system to allocate labour and update system with finished orders
Generate orders from ERP system
Populate and manage spreadsheets with data from work orders
Manage consumables for the warehouse
Scan finished documents into electronic files
Ensure all worksheets are available and populated
Send staff shift reports to internal teamsBackground Required

Previous administration experience
Confident IT skills including MS Word, Excel and ideally database/ERP/CRM systems
Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions to complete tasks using own initiative
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
