The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Key Stage 1 pupils, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. This role is perfect for a teacher who is creative, resourceful, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Assess, record, and report on the progress of pupils, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities and projects.
Establish strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment procedures.
Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
