Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

The Role:

I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee heavy structural steel construction projects across the UK. The successful candidate will initially work on a significant steel refurbishment project in Essex. This role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

* Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation.

* Provide leadership and support to the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing structural steel construction projects (preferred).

* SMSTS and other relevant qualifications.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to travel nationwide and work on various project sites.

* Valid UK driving license.
