Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address leadership development needs
Design and deliver leadership development programmes and initiatives
Drive the implementation of behaviour change initiatives within the organisation
Support the talent management process by developing high potential leaders
Ensure that all leadership development activities align with the company's strategic goals
Measure the effectiveness of leadership development programmes and initiatives
Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders within the organisationProfile
A successful Leadership & Behavioural Development Partner should have:
Proven experience in leadership development within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to design and implement effective leadership development programmes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesJob Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 per year
