Ideal Recruit are looking for skilled FLT Drivers to join our clients well established team in Corby NN18.
We are offering in-house coversion form any FLT to VNA.

Position: FLT Driver
 
Location: Corby
 
Shift Patterns:

Morning Shift: 6:00  - 2:00 
 Afternoon Shift: 14:00  – 22:00 
 Night Shifts: 22:00 - 06:00 
 
Pay rate:

Day shifts: £13/h
Night shifts: £13.5/h

Responsibilities:
• Operate FLT trucks efficiently and safely.
• Assist with picking and packing as required.
• Operate other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) if qualified.
• Adhere to site induction, RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), and SSOP (Safe Standard Operating Procedures).
 
Requirements:
• Valid FLT [ license.
• Flexibility to work both shift patterns.
• Ability to operate other MHE is a plus.
• Commitment to health and safety protocols.
• Willingness to sign off on site induction, RAMS, and SSOP before starting.
