About the Role:

As a Complex Care Suppot Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including mental health conditions, substance misuse, and challenging behaviours. You will help empower our clients to live fulfilling lives while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs

* Assist with personal care, daily activities and emotional support

* Use your expertise to manage and address challenging behaviours effectively

Essential Requirements:

* Experience in working with individuals with mental health conditions, challenging behaviours, and substance misuse

* Complex Care Procedures Trained

* Medication Trained

* Full Driver's License

* Minimum of 1 year recent UK experience working in a complex care setting

* Right to work in the UK

* Valid PMVA / MAPPA Certificate

* Current Care Certificate
