A specialist charity organisation is looking for an experienced CRM Manager and Analyst to help optimise their CRM systems and grow their fundraising efforts. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective use of CRM databases to improve supporter journeys and identify new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities for the CRM Manager and Marketing Analyst:

Lead the strategy for CRM systems to drive income generation through data analysis and system optimisation.
Manage CRM databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR) and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Collaborate with various teams, including income generation, finance, and IT, to support fundraising activities.
Oversee marketing campaign support, including data segmentation for direct marketing, telemarketing, and major mailings.
Provide training and support for all CRM system users, ensuring the team can effectively use the data for income generation.Key Skills and Experience:
