We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest tier 1 main contractors in the uk. The business undertakes notable projects across the UK valuing up to £300mil across the commercial, defence, mixed-use residential, education and infrastructure sectors.

About this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business and work within the commercial team on a large scale upcoming scheme in the region. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved from pre-construction through to final account.

Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Be responsible for a section of works in a large scale project
Be involved in the project from pre-construction through to final account
Experience administering both JCT and NEC forms of contract
Mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

HNC / Construction related degree
Experience managing your own project or large packages of work
Live within commutable distance to Reading
