Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Lincoln who are looking for Line Leaders to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our client is a food manufacturer based in Lincoln, focused on a fresh potato business while continuing to build on the success of their innovative prepared vegetable ranges.

About The Role:

To ensure all production targets are met, be able to operate machinery and equipment whilst ensuring compliance with all specifications, policies and procedures. Lead the training and development of new team members.

DAYS £13.92 per hour. Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday. Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 6am to Finish or 9am to Finish depending on department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Full ownership of your line including problem and resolution and improvement ideas

· Ensure personal compliance with Standard Operating Procedures

· Ensure all records are maintained in a legible and timely manner

· Maintain a ‘clean as you go’ policy for your line

· Ensure prepped and packed products meet our customer specification

· Driving operational performance in your line including Productivity (e.g. prep yield, kg/ man hr and packing speeds) and quality KPI’s

About you:

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work in a team as well as independently

· Previous food manufacturing and production experience

· Previous machine operator experience
