About this role

Our client is a smart, local Independent Estate Agent with thriving Sales and Lettings departments. They have an excellent reputation and three local offices in the North Kent area. They are seeking an ambitious experienced Sales Negotiator to join their highly effective team based in Borough Green.

Established in 1985, owned by an Employee Ownership Trust, they have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to their clients.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with occasional cover on Saturdays, when there would be an appropriate day off in the week.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Registering new applicants

· Arranging and accompanying viewings

· Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating lets/sales

· Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and buyers

· Providing consistently high levels of service and communication

· Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Two to three years’ recent property experience

· Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service

· Proactive and a positive can-do attitude

· Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to and prioritise workload

· Good IT skills

· Smart and presentable

· Full UK driving license

· Live within a commutable distance of Borough Green

· Have the right to work in the UK

The Package

· Basic Salary £28,000 to £30,000

· Commission and bonus

· Profit scheme
