Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Lettings Administrator on behalf of an Award Winning Estate Agent in Coventry.

We are looking for an Experienced Lettings Administrator to join their very busy team.

You will have the ability to work to very tight deadlines.
Are you an efficient individual with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
You can use your planning and organising skills to manage booking in of jobs/tasks.
You can work in a very demanding/busy environment.
Do have a basic understanding of household appliances.
Are you confident when speaking to people over the phone and face to face.
You always strive to challenges.
Do you have bubbly personality & exceptional people skills.
You have excellent verbal and written communication.
You have a good understanding and the ability to work with Google Sheets, CRM systems, Diary booking systems.
You can hold and control difficult conversations. 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
