Job Title: Gluing Machine Operator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 6am-2pm for the foreseeable (rotation possible in the future 6/2 | 2/10)

A well-established provider within the Print Industry, specialising in carton finishing, is seeking an experienced Folder Gluing Machine Operator. This role requires proficiency in operating Folder Gluing machinery with a focus on straight line, crash lock, as well as 4 and 6 corner gluing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Folder Gluing machinery to produce high-quality, precisely finished cartons in a variety of configurations
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency
Conduct thorough quality checks on all completed products to uphold industry standards
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environmentIdeal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have worked in a print or carton board packaging manufacturing site with experience in setting up and running Folder gluing machines for the following types of cartons; straight line, crash lock, 4 and 6 corner
Live within a commutable distance of Redditch
Be open to switching to a rotating shift
