Mechanical Project Manager (Cambridge)

Ridgeway & Co are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects in Cambridge. This role offers the chance to work for a Tier 1 M&E Contractor, managing M&E packages exceeding £20M on high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the mechanical scope of large commercial projects from pre-construction to completion.

*

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.

*

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain programme schedules.

*

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with health & safety regulations.

*

Lead project teams and provide technical guidance where required.

Requirements:

*

Experience in mechanical project management within the commercial sector.

*

Strong understanding of M&E coordination and large-scale project delivery.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

*

Ability to manage budgets, subcontractors, and project schedules effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

*

Up to £85,000 + package (depending on experience).

*
