Our client, a leading property developer with a strong presence and numerous exciting developments in the Bury St. Edmunds area, is looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their team. About the Role:
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customers’ needs are met, from the initial inquiry through to resolution of any post-sale issues. Working closely with various departments, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless experience that reflects the high standards of our client’s brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and concerns related to property developments in the area.
* Issue Resolution: Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently, keeping them informed every step of the way.
* Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey and experience.
