About the role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds during their crucial formative years. You’ll inspire a love for learning through engaging lessons that cater to individual learning styles and abilities. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1, demonstrating a track record of successful student outcomes and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• A passion for education and a commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing individual learning needs.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team to enhance teaching practices and student learning experiences.

• Ability to develop positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver creative and stimulating lesson plans aligned with the KS1 curriculum, incorporating innovative technology and interactive learning tools to enhance engagement.

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development, and implement tailored intervention strategies where necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported, celebrating diversity and promoting mutual respect among students.
