Job Title: District Nurse

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a District Nurse to join the Wembley District Nursing Team as a Clinical Team Lead. This is a full-time role providing leadership and clinical expertise within the community nursing service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the District Nursing Team, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.

*

Manage and coordinate the care of patients with complex health needs in the community, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.

*

Conduct assessments, create care plans, and manage treatment for a caseload of patients, ensuring timely and effective care.

Position Details:

* Location: Wembley, London

* Work Pattern: Full-time (various shifts available)

* Rates:

* Day Rate: £30.00 per hour

* Night/Saturday Rate: £38.00 per hour

* Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £42.30 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with experience in district nursing and team leadership

* Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex cases in the community
