Pre-construction Manager

I am recruiting for a Pre-construction Manager to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor who specialise in prime residential and commercial projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up.

Role and responsibilities:

* Overseeing the pre-construction team

* Reporting into the Commercial Director

* Organize, oversee, and facilitate pre-bid and bid meetings.

* Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

* Facilitate post-bid and scope evaluation meetings.

Requirements:

* Experience working for a main contractor

* Experience on Prime residential or ultra-residential projects

* Construction background as a Pre-construction Manager

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Salary and benefits:

* Salary up to £80,000

* Company car or car allowance

* Benefits package
