Advance Management are seeking a skilled and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

* Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse and yard.

* Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.

* Stack and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.

* Maintain accurate records of movements and stock levels.

* Inspect forklift truck before each shift to ensure its operational safety and report any defects immediately.

* Adhere strictly to all company health and safety procedures and regulations.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Assist with other warehouse duties as required, such as picking, packing, and general warehouse cleanup.

* Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

* May be required to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

* Valid and current Counterbalance Forklift Truck license.

* Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment.

* Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.

* Good communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable but not essential.

* 7:00am - 4:30pm
