Service Care Solutions is hiring a Capital Project Manager to lead major capital regeneration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Projects include residential, mixed-use developments, schools, and leisure facilities.

This is a temp to perm position, offering £40 per hour Umbrella LTD (£31.90 per hour PAYE).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple large-scale capital projects, managing budgets and timelines.
Support the Head of Capital Delivery and deputise when required.
Ensure effective governance, reporting to CMT, PCG, and Cabinet.
Manage stakeholder relationships and engage end users.
Oversee home-building programme and regeneration projects.
Lead procurement and manage external consultants.
Identify risks and secure funding for projects.
Manage and lead staff for effective project delivery.Qualifications:

Prince 2, APMP, RICS, or relevant capital project management experience.
Extensive experience in capital project management is essential.
