Pertemps Manchester are looking for a professional cleaner with experience in house cleaning for a temp to perm position, the right candidate will have been trained in hazards and chemical products.
You will be travelling with a team of four cleaners to houses and will prep and clean for the arrival of new tenants
Sometimes physical work is involved, as well as gardening, clearance etc as and when needed

Hours:

Monday to Friday
7:00 to 16:00
Rate of pay:

£25,000 annual salary
Role:

Clean and maintain communal areas as directed
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste
Replenishment of supplies and material requirements
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including shelves and equipment
Report any maintenance or key operational issues
Follow all health and safety regulations
Ensure that a consistently high standard of service is delivered
Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
 
requirements:

2 years cleaning experience
Driving licence
Hazard and chemical training
