IT Support Analyst – Independent School – Westminster, London

T4S Education is proud to be working with an independent school in Westminster, London, on the recruitment of a talented and reliable IT Support Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from £26,700 to £31,348 per annum. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Analyst who might be early on in their career and is looking to build their career within a supportive and nurturing working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first- and second-line technical support across two school sites, ensuring the smooth running of all departmental IT applications and services.

* Deliver support for end-user computing, multi-function devices, AV and specialised IT equipment.

* Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and support current and emerging IT services.

* Assist staff and students with day-to-day IT issues, delivering a high-quality IT provision.

Key Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy IT support role.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365.

* Proven track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving IT issues.

* Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication skills and a team player.
