We are recruiting for a schools based in North Liverpool.
The schools is seeking a temporary school administrator/receptionist
The role is to support the running of the school office and reception areas of the primary school. Duties will include handling phones call, greeting visitors, completing attendance registers, managing parent pay, using SIMS finance and any other tasks as need to ensure the smooth running of the school.
Applicants must have worked in a school environment previously, have experience using SIMS and hold an enhanced DBS on the update service.

Hourly rate: £13.00 to £15 per hour
Experience, Training and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a school administration/receptionist role
*
Have experience working in a school environment
*
Have experience in a customer facing role
*
Have experience working in fast paced environment
*
Have knowledge of SIMS and Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
To be eligible for this role, you must:

Hold the right to work in the UK
*
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service.

Provide two professional child-related references.
