This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UK's most successful MEP Sub Contractors, offering the potential for rapid personal growth as they excel at promoting from within. They are currently seeking an experienced Planner who will be involved with both MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) works, overseeing several high-profile sites, including Commercial, Life Sciences, and Education projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a new Data Centre in Harlow.

The compensation package is highly competitive, with salaries up to £100,000 on a permanent basis. For those interested in a freelance position, the role is available at up to £600 per day outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain project MEP and CSA programmes, ensuring compliance with standards and contract requirements.

* Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

* Review supply chain programmes, coordinate with teams to mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the contract programme.

* Participate in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, fostering clear communication.

Key Skills:

* Experience with ASTA.

* Degree educated.

* Significant experience in a planning role on MEP / Building Services and CSA projects is essential.

* Construction site experience.

* Excellent written and communication skills
