Rate: £24/ph

Hours: 40 Per Week

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Long Term – Total of 48x plots. 2 Bedroom Cottages

Location: Alcester

We are looking for an electrical labour only subcontractors for a retirement village project located in Alcester. The village contains 48 plots of 2 Bedroom Cottages and is now at 2nd fix stage.

Description – Full Drawings and Scope can be provided on request.

* All Electrical installations

* 2nd Fixing

* Communal outdoor areas

Required Skills:

* Valid JIB Gold card

* Knowledge of Domestic installs

* 2 x professional references

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
