Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Salary: £12.00 per hour Contract: Full-time or Part-time (up to 35 hours per week) Location: Launceston Office
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and mail handling.
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Client Services:
Meet and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare refreshments (coffee, tea) for clients and staff.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Input and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized records and files.
General Office Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Assist with various office tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Computer literate with good telephone manner.
