What you'll be doing;
General administrative duties to provide support to the onsite team including data entry and population of spreadsheets and documents to generate reports
Entering daily and weekly bulk bookings onto the system
Processing and consolidation of monthly invoices
Processing weekly wage reports for Payroll
Sales invoicing
Resolving Sales invoice queries/credits
Check customer invoices before being finalised
Dealing with bulk sample quoting and customer waste enquiries
Raising and receipting of purchase orders as part of financial accounting process
Arranging car hire and other admin duties on an ad-hoc basis
What we're looking for;
Maintenance of systems and record keeping
Literate PC user
Familiar or previous experience of systems for payroll, purchasing and invoicing
Basic knowledge of accounting
Good communication skills dealing with other staff members, customers, regulators and members of the public
