Internship duration: 10 months (with a view to permanent role/apprenticeship if successful)

About the team:
The People Shared Service Centre team is made up of 12 individuals. The team ensure all employee lifecycle administration processes and activities for Murphy are delivered efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
About the role:
To support the People function with the effective administration of all relevant administration requirements. Processing requests and answering queries in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations at all times. Examples of tasks required;
Manage a volume of telephone and e-mail enquiries, as well as queries made in person and via the case management system – ensuring accurate and timely responses at all times and within agreed Service Level Agreements
Data entry and updating of systems
Maintain a high level of professional customer service at all times, both internally and externally.
