We are looking for Practice Nurses who are:
* NMC Registered
* Experienced in a primary care setting
* Competent in a range of Practice Nurse duties (e.g., vaccinations, wound care, chronic disease management, health checks)
* Adaptable, professional, and possess excellent communication skills
