Elite Supply Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Birmingham . This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team committed to helping children achieve their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The Role:

* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional/behavioral needs.

* Assisting class teachers in creating engaging and inclusive lessons.

* Providing 1:1 or small group support to meet individual learning needs.

* Encouraging pupils’ social and emotional development.

* Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children in an SEN setting is preferred.

* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, NVQ, CACHE) are advantageous but not essential.

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
