We are looking for "Training Project Manager" in Bournemouth, UK !

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop adoption training programs, ensuring smooth rollout with a well-structured communications plan for all stakeholders.

* Coordinate and deliver training sessions, serving as the primary contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training content and adoption. Facilitate discussions, manage feedback, and guide diverse groups through the training process.

* Migrate and integrate existing training materials (e.g., short-form videos, eLearning modules) into a central Data Standard Adoption Confluence site.

* Establish and implement standardized training templates within Confluence, including process documentation for content management (review/approval workflows, archival policies, version control) and optimizing search functionality for ease of use.

Mandatory Skills:

* Proficient in Project Management methodologies and tools.

* Advanced expertise in Atlassian Confluence, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.

* Demonstrated creativity in designing custom learning content for diverse audiences.

* Experience in content creation tailored to training and instructional design.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
