A Multi-disciplinary Consultancy who specialises in the Built Environment are seeking a CDM Consultant to manage a broad range of projects, from a Skyscraper on the London skyline to a Major Manufacturing plant. This consultancy offers very good support and have a great office atmosphere, which requires you in the office 3 days a week on average.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer and CDM Advisor, you will oversee and provide guidance on all design safety risks across the project portfolio during the Pre-construction phase. You will be supported by a team of CDM Advisors and Architects.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

NEBOSH Construction (required)
Tech IOSH (minimum)
APS membership (required)
Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a CDM role (required)
Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What's In It for You?
