Our client, a family-owned business with decades of experience in commercial recycling and waste management, is looking for two part-time Office Administrators (1x 2 days per week, 1x 3 days per week) to join their supportive and dynamic team.

Your Role:
As one of their Office Administrators, you’ll be at the heart of keeping their office running smoothly. You will:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions.
Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners.
What They’re Looking For:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Problem Solving Skills - especially in logistics and recycling processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Minimum of GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) in Mathematics and English.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of recycling processes and sustainability practices.
Prior experience in a client-facing role.
