Role Overview: As a Technical Graduate, you will be reporting directly to the Technical Manager, playing an integral role within the technical function. You'll collaborate closely with the specifications team to ensure that both internal and external specifications are accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will work alongside the NPD (New Product Development) teams to ensure seamless information flow, supporting product development.

Your responsibilities will also include managing the complaints system, ensuring all technical processes are streamlined and compliant with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain and update the specification systems.
-Complete internal and external product specifications.
-Collaborate closely with the NPD teams to provide accurate and timely information.
-Manage the complaints system, ensuring effective resolution and documentation.
-Support the technical team in ensuring all food safety regulations and standards are upheld.

Requirements:

-A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Food Technology, or related).
-Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices.
-A passion for the food and drink industry with a willingness to learn and grow.
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
