As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement in the driving / transport sector.

* Manage key client accounts and building long-lasting partnerships.

* All aspects of candidate management.

* Leverage industry insights to match high-quality candidates with the right roles, making a genuine impact on businesses and careers.

What You Bring to the Table:

* Experience within 360 Recruitment (driving / transport desirable) or a strong sales background.

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivation and resilience, with a passion for delivering results.

* Excellent communication skills.
