Supplier Quality Engineer - Cambridge - £60k

Platform have partnered with a specialist electronic manufacturer. They are looking for a supplier quality engineer to be responsible for monitoring and reporting supplier quality performance, collaborating with internal teams, and guiding suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining process controls, including PPAP elements.

*

Leading supplier quality reviews and audits.

*

Collaborating with suppliers to develop quality control plans.

*

Implementing corrective actions using root cause analysis techniques.

Key skills:

*

HND or equivalent in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical) or related field.

*

Proven expertise in Supplier Quality Engineering, particularly in electronics environments.

*

Proficient in PPAP tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, FAI)

*

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification

Some travel will be required for this role.

The salary on offer will be up to £60k dependent on experience with great company benefits.
