Head of Transformation - Transport

I am currently looking to speak to Transformation professionals for our major UK Transport client as they seek a Head of Transformation to lead the organisation through a period of significant growth and innovation.

As the Head of Transformation, you will be the architect of the strategic transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, develop comprehensive transformation plans, and lead the execution of these initiatives to achieve tangible results.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects
Strong experience within the Transport industry is essential
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments
The role would be Greater London based offering a salary of up to £180k for the right candidate.
