As Site Manager will be working for a Tier 1 contractor specialising in the improvement and maintenance of Social Housing, Public Sector, Heritage and Commercial properties. We are looking for a Site Manager, with a proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence. You will oversee the successful delivery of external refurbishment project. You must have experience of delivering similar projects Externals, Roofs, Windows etc with a reputable main contractor / Tier 1 contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered are met. . Must be good with heights. Van & fuel card provided.

Duties:

- Control the overall direction of external refurbishment projects while maintaining financial control.

- Collaborate with clients and client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Manage costs and subcontractors effectively.

- Conduct onsite inspections, investigations, and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement.

- Communicate with clients, contract administrators, and design teams.

- Ensure health and safety standards are met on site.

- Schedule works and procure materials efficiently.

- Program works using MS Project
