A Brand new opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager local to Manchester. Join a M&E Contractor managing multiple projects (Cat A / Cat B) predominantly across the North West.

The Electrical Projects will vary from £10,000 - £1.5 Million.

* £55,000 (DOE)

* Car Allowance (£6,000)

Responsibilities / Experience Needed

* Managing multiple Electrical Projects ranging from £10,000 - £1.5 Million

* You will be commercially responsible for your own clients/projects and must take ownership of the projects and coordination to ensure that you have all the resources in place to maximise our chances of a successful project.

* Highly competent with Cost management

* Organizing labour

* Managing people on site

* Managing Clients

* Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients

* Regular onsite reviews

* Electrically Qualified

* Full UK Driving License

* Willing to travel
