Key Responsibilities:

Support children in small groups or on a 1-1 basis. ?‍??
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. ?
Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. ?
Monitor student progress and provide encouragement and feedback. ?
Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children. ?️

Requirements:

Ideally, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant EYFS experience. ?
Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential. ?
A passion for working with young children and supporting their development. ❤️
Strong communication skills and a team player attitude. ?
