Teaching Assistant

Location: Boston (Alternative Provision)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Full-Time Position

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support student behaviour in a school's alternative provision setting in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique environment, providing guidance and support to students who may need additional behavioural and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in their personal development and behaviour management.
Work closely with the alternative provision team to implement behaviour strategies.
Build positive relationships with students to encourage their success in education.
Assist in managing the classroom and promoting a calm learning environment.
Requirements:

Experience working with challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
A passion for supporting student development and well-being.
