Basic salary to £40,000

Office hours Monday to Friday (8.30 am - 5pm)

Our client a highly successful directly authorised specialist mortgage brokerage are seeking to appoint an experienced mortgage paraplanner to work from their offices in Godalming.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to earn be part of a company that have ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

Providing support to the advisors in the processing of applications

Keying accurate data to lenders and supplying relevant information to support lending decisions.

Assessing the validity of documents and organising them to a level where we have all the required paperwork to compliantly progress the case.

Manage a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment dealing with workflows and prioritising accordingly.

Booking appointments and managing the diary of the colleagues when requested.

Complete MI tracking and business case level monitoring.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 experience within mortgage parapalnnng. An understanding of bridging.loans woudl bean advantge but is not essential.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Excellent proof-reading skills.

A flexible approach to work, and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team.

Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Possess a strong eye for detail with commercial awareness of business requirements.

Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress.
