 Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Potential Clients: As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our law firm, interacting directly with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be establishing a rapport, understanding their legal needs, and effectively communicating how our firm's services can address their requirements.
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets by generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting them into satisfied clients.

The Person

Proven experience in sales within the legal industry.
Knowledge of various legal practice areas and legal services.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
A strong understanding of the legal industry is crucial for this role. You should be familiar with legal practice areas, common legal issues, and the nuances of legal services to engage with potential clients confidently.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
A passion for client engagement.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Tech-savvy and adapt to our CRM for sales management (training will be provided)
