We are seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and out-going calls with clients taking orders over the phone and packing orders in warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and making calls to clients to take orders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with suppliers and customers - Sending client emails
- Packing orders and stock replenishment
- Performing data entry tasks accurately to update inventory records
- Upselling products when interacting with customers
Requirements
- Customer service experience in any industry required
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Payrate: £12
