Skills, Experience, and education required:

* Proven experience as Production Manager.

* Excellent knowledge of production and quality control principles.

* Proficient in the use of MS Excel and other MS Office 365 software.

* Good at math and statistics.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication abilities.

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a production Manager, you will need to:

* Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.

* Overseeing manufacturing and production processes.

* Creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedules

* Monitor orders to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

* Procuring factory production equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance.

* Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.

* Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself.

* Implementing all the company’s procedures and policies.

* Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management.

* Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control.

* Training and coaching the production team.

* Produce production reports through the collection of data.

* Liaise with other departments and supervise staff members.

* Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements.

* Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

* Schedule shifts according to production needs.

* Develop the systems and role to enable the rapid growth of the production output.
