As a Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of creating thriving communities. Playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, affordable housing alongside modern and sustainable mixed-use developments and community centres.

Your Impact:

Deliver Innovative Projects: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to handover. Including development appraisals, cost management and feasibility reports.

Forge Strong Partnerships with key stakeholders, including joint venture initiatives.

Drive Sustainable Development by implementing environmentally friendly practices and community-focused strategies to deliver high quality housing.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in project management, ideally within the housing development sector.

A RICS accredited degree with a deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, and financial management.
