Our client, a renowned Restaurant based in Truro City, are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join their friendly kitchen team with an immediate start.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a minimum of 40 hours per week, all year round, with additional hours required during peak times.
Working 5 days per week including evenings and weekends
£16 per hour plus a share of gratuities’
As a Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in assisting the Head Chef with kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes and maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene and safety.
You will be responsible for managing this small kitchen team alongside the Head Chef, coordinating food preparation activities, your expertise will be essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen environment, fostering team development, and consistently exceeding guest expectations
